Price is excessive for the quality.
There were several issues and the price for the quality is excessive. Check-in and check-out was adequate. The room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. There were several areas of damage within the room. The last night of the stay there were several guests that were very loud from 11pm-2am that prevented sleep and we left earlier than expected. Breakfast is not appropriate for those with food allergies.The key card failed to work routinely and required multiple visits to the front desk that did not resolve the issue.

NOT A LOT OF QUALITY IN THIS STAY
This is an older property that has not been particularly well cared for. My room was furnished with what looked like worn out college dorm furniture, lights were missing shades, the sink was cracked and in need of repair, the shower floor was not clean, the television did not work and for the amount of money charged for an overnight stay this is not a good option. The owners need to take a hard look at their operation.

Definitely not the nicest place for a $200/night stay. The sink in the bathroom didnt drain properly, there was fuzz on the pull out couch like it hadnt been vacuumed or cleaned in any way, the hallway floor had holes in it underneath the carpet that could be felt while walking. The whole building is vaguely reminiscent of a cardboard box with duct tape securing it all together. Just not a comfortable feeling.
