Fantastic stay
The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! The breakfast was not so diverse but it was everything you needed! Hope to travel again to Como, and definitely will book again this hotel!

This new property is a gem! It’s only got about 10 rooms and while not big they are beautifully appointed and for Como, very reasonably priced. You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of old town and minutes (seconds?) from shopping, restaurants and the lake itself. Highly recommended!!!

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and full of recommendations, the service was so personalised a major plus of staying in a small hotel. The room was very comfortable, a lovely bed and shower. The hotel is very conveniently located loads of restaurants & shops nearby by and has a nice bar for your afternoon aperol spritz.

Perfect location and lovely newly renovated hotel in the heart of Como. Far and away - the best part of our stay was the staff. Nicoletta and Matilda in particular made the hotel feel like home. Extremely nice and comfortable hotel situated in the very best street of Como city. The room was spacious, clean, cooled with very comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. Location is perfect for exploring Como. 15 mins walk from the train station, and you’re literally on top of everything in town. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Beds were super comfy. All the staff were so helpful, they even made us up a breakfast as we were leaving early.💙 Nicolette, Eingi, Franchesca & Veronica are a huge credit to the hotel, so professional and helpful. This the 2nd ‘Boutique style’ hotel we’ve been too, another to highly recommend.

The ladies who staff the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the only complaint would be that there is not enough lighting. Location was just off the main street of Como, via Vittorio Emanuelle which is a pedestrian area so we did have to roll our suitcases a few blocks to get there.
