Great place to stay
Easy check in and check out just round the corner from the train station so great transport links. We made use of the metro to get into the busier tourist areas. We were glad to be so near the airport transfer buses as it made getting to and from the airport a breeze. Some nice restaurants near the hotel too. We really enjoyed our stay

Good location and friendly staff; I will stay if I visit again to Milan, but NO breakfast (hot food was cold)

It was ok but not satisfied with our stay.
The only part that works for us in this hotel is being close to the central station. The surroundings is very sketchy and would not advise to stay up late. Hotel rooms seems warm and no AC during this time per city regulations they said. Good thing we had the balcony where we could open to keep the cool air in but too noisy with all the people shouting and yelling from the street. No coffee available in the room. Survive the 3 nights stay but definitely will look at other hotels when in town again.
