1. Enjoy the residence type of hotel room 2. Microwave, Big enough refri, and Small washing mashine is predictable 3. Beam projector! it could use the ceiling as the back screen! It was really entertaining! 4. It’s better to remove the TV and set up the back screen on the wall. 5. If you have a plan to visit the Lotteworld, you should select this hotel. There is a seperate and secret passge to the Lotteworld! 6.Cons: lower floor for the residence. not a good view for the traveller.

주차장 들어가는데 1시간 걸림. 1시간 걸려 운좋게 주차한 곳은 호텔 정문까지 도보 20분 이상 거리. 3만원 유료 발레파킹서비스를 이용하지 않으면 최악의 상황 발생 가능성 있음. 체크인하기 전에 호킹스 온 식구들 기분이 완전 잡침. 발레파킹 사준 추천 메일은 있었으나 주차에 한시간 이상 소요될 수 있다고 보다 명시해 주는게 좋음.

My stay was average. I was there 20 nights / almost 3 weeks. The counter service workers were terrible. They are never helpful. Example: is Starbucks opened now at 6am? Lotte: No. Where can I get coffee at 7am? Lotte: just wait, they open later. Closet ATM? Lotte: There. (Points to the ceiling) . Me: the bus leaves at 7:45am, please take my luggages to the stop? Lotte: Can you wait? I don’t have anyone to take them. Me: You took my luggages 20 minutes ago and it’s on your cart, next to you. My bus leaves in 10 minutes, so let me roll it there and I will leave your cart there. Lotte: oh (finds someone to roll the cart) It was frustrating staying here! Will never stay here again because service sucks. But the rooms were clean by the cleaners and they did a good job. Rooms are small, has a safe and the bed is firm. Note: I speak Korean
