Nice Hotel, with nice rooms as in pictures, and amiable and helpful staff. I was scared to book because of some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by finding them not true and the hotel was excellent. The room was cleaned daily and I had a fantastic view of the ocean. Thanks, Kenzi Europa for making my trip very pleasant :)

Amazing service from the reception down to the waiters, I had great stay with my mum and my youngest brother. The staff is very welcoming especially the Guest relations manager Ikram she is exceptional and she went extra miles to make sure we are all settled. the beach view was exceptionally beautiful. The food is tasty with a variety of choices. I definitely recommend the place, whether it’s a business trip or a vacation with family and friends. It’ll definitely be delightful.

It is nicely located hotel and has really nice breakfasts. That would be it about positives. They have an older staff member that twice tried to cheat us on money, the key to the room worked 50% of times, toilet was very badly washed, dinners were very poor (and meat not good at all, probably old), water in pools - cold. Somehow disappointed.

Our experience was great. First I was surprised that we didnt even need a password for the Wifi which was great and by the way a very good internet I am used to back home. The service was great and the room super clean. We had a balcony towards the garden and it was just amazing, i could live there my whole life. People were quiet nice and cleaned the room to perfection. Breakfast was also another highlight of guests being well taken care. The hotel is very close to the beach and the strip has amazing restaurant close by, the best couscous I have tried in Morocco so far was from there. Definitely coming back here God willing 🙏

Really enjoyed my stay at Kenzie Europa Agadir. Great location steps from the beach. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Nice lady Malika at the reception with a pleasant smile and always ready to help. Good service from everyone in restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. I initially intended to spend one night but ended up extending my stay for two more nights. Stayed in other pricier hotels in Agadir in the past and find this one such a great value. Though I spent more time outside at beach and market you can also just hung out in hotel as it’s a large facility with amenities gardens pool etc…came by myself but looks also convenient for families with kids. will definitely return here.

The hotel is okay for what you pay everything is near by. They don’t have a functioning iron or an iron board. Some of the staff are rude and say stuff to fob you off. The slightly big guy in the blue jacket was rude cos I said we paid this much money for rooms and you don’t have a working iron bow was I meant to wear my clothes which weee creased. Mainly that employee who was rude maybe is the manager.

Hôtel bruyant de 8h30 à minuit : le matin dès 8h30 les gentilles femmes de ménages déplacent les meubles dans les chambres au dessus ça fait un bruit monstre. La musique a la piscine la journée et le soir avec jusqu’à minuit des spectacles. Personnel à l’entrée sympathique sauf à la réception qui ne dit jamais bonjour même si vous passez 10 fois devant eux à part si vous êtes une touriste européenne. Chambre très propre. Salle de sport trop vieille, les machines ont plus de 20 ans. Piscine superbe pour les enfants. Animateurs très impliqués.
