Great stay... just be sure to get a room that’s not on the side where you can hear the highway.
The hotels is nice (fairly new), minimalistic. Even though the hotel was not full, we were put in a room on the side of the interstate. It sounded like truck were driving through our room all night. Did not sleep much. Breakfast was cold.
Everything was wonderful as always when we stay
We were booked to stay for two nights. The first night was great. On the second day, we were gone all day. When we got backmto the hotel, oir keus did not work. We went to the front counter (waited about 10-15 mins) . When the night bookkeeper showed up, he said that we had been checked out. I showed him out confirmation number and he still acted if it were nothing he could do. After a while I told him to please just give us our room. When we got to the room, our things were still there but the room had not been cleaned ( no fresh towels, trash can not emtpied, bed not made). This was a horrible way to end the day.
We have stayed here twice. We were pleased with the service and cleanliness. Everyone wore a mask and maintained social distance. Breakfast was served by one person and could be taken to the room to eat.
Went for a one night get away and this place was on point very clean and spacious rooms rain fall shower heads was the cherry on top...customer service was excellent i will definitely bring my family back to this hotel
Great Stay
This was our first time staying at Tru! It was a bit different than other hotels we’ve stayed in. The lobby is inviting with varied colorful seating choices, and many games are available to play, including two foozball tables.
Great hotel, close to every place we needed to go in Dayton.
