Nice little place with alot of old touches. Motel was nuilt on 1951 so we enjoyrd some of the rustic touches. We were there for a concert, so only slept there but it was worth the cost.

This is a roadside north woods classic. Knotty pine galore. The room is small and had no frills (like a fridge or microwave), but it was comfortable for one night while on the road and reasonably priced.

Escape from the traditional hotel experience
The room is like a cabin, with a beautiful beach and campfire space too. Wonderful value and an escape from the normal hotel room experience. Pet friendly and staff are very helpful.

This Vintage motel was just the "old Michigan" experience we were hoping for. Knotty pine walls, a new shower stall and the deli next door for breakfast made our stay fun and relaxing.

I was approached by people that lived there asking me to use my phone right after I checked in. Staff was asking me where such people want and when they were coming back, which I thought was very odd. I didn’t stay the second night I paid for as I didn’t feel comfortable there.
