Close to Castle Cochem with beautiful views, hotel Villa Vie was modern, clean, well kept, and well worth the price. If you are coming in via train and have luggage, make sure to grab a taxi, as it is a short ride from the train station. The downtown is a short walk away.

Beautiful hotel
I stayed in the junior suite. The one I was given was the more modern one, which I absolutely loved it. On my arrival I was welcomed and the lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was ver clean, it had a lounge, a bathroom and a separate bedroom. It was very specious and clean. The lounge you could see the river and the castle, stunning views. I went for the breakfast buffet and it was great, lots of variety and delicious. Would highly recommend the place.

The room have been lovely decorated and the front staff is welcoming. My friend and I had some insomnia due to the traffic all night long. One staff member yelled at me because i mishandled the coffee machine. I used a small cup for making latte and it caused overspill. My impression was the cup size is common as France’s hotel.

Hotel mit viel Charme
Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel! Die Besitzer bzw. Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und haben mir das Hotel gezeigt. Man kann abends wunderbar in der Lounge oder draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen - mit tollem Blick auf das Schloss Cochem. Das Zimmer war groß und mit einer kleinen Nische mit Aussicht auf die Mosel. Das Frühstück war auch vielseitig. Nur zu empfehlen!
