Best Place in Flagstaff
Every time I am in Flagstaff for work, I only stay at the Aiden. It is not a big property (which I love) It is very quiet and a safe area within walking distance to shopping, food and convenience stores. The staff is always so amazing and check in always easy and convenient.

Excellent get away
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a clean smell, look and feel. We were very pleased with our room. The bathroom is indeed small but had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was nice and quiet. We will definitely be returning in the spring/summer with the rest of the family.

Check in was a breeze. Asya was wonderful, had our room request ready without prompting. After we got to the room there was a call later to make sure all was good. Neighbors were a little noisy, but we shared a common door and this might have been why. Otherwise, all is good.

Our stay was great! Aiden is close to downtown Flagstaff and easy to get to. We had a few nights where they were completely booked and parking was a little tight. Other than that, the hotel is great for any traveler on vacation. They don’t have a huge business center but rooms are plenty big enough to work from. Our room was well stocked and clean and, while we didn’t use room service or housekeeping, they were around every day of our stay. Keep in mind that Aiden is not designed as a resort and is most comparable to its Best Western owners. While they have a nice lounge/pool area outside, they do not have food service, a fully stocked bar or large lounge areas. That being said, they are in a great location to visit Flagstaff or SnowBowl then come back for a relaxing night!
