Great Experience @ North Charleston Marriott
I have stayed at this location multiple times and the staff has never failed to deliver exemplary service. From check in to room cleanliness to dining and over all hospitality, this location is outstanding! I would like to specifically recognize Nicholas, the office manager and Kelly, our favorite bartender/dining area host. They both are great at customer service and a huge reason we will definitely be booking my next stay in the Charleston area at this hotel.

Good- the restaurant and bar was good and Kelly our bartender/server was great! The restaurant food was actually pretty dang good.. The commons area was nice. Bad- the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement and the smell of our room and hallways was awful… musty and sour smell.
