A great town with really friendly residents who are helpful, chatty and down to earth. Plenty of places to eat and drink and a lot of walks from the town for all abilities. We seen wild deer in the forest behind Ross on Wye which was amazing!

Such a great place to visit. We went to Puzzlewood and then enjoyed walks by the River Wye. Lots of great cafes and restaurants, lovely book shop and a historical trail.

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow."
"We had a great stay at Hatherley Manor. Check-in was super efficient. The rooms were clean and airy. We had a lovely game of chess on the lawn before dinner. It would have been great to have a bench out there to sit on. The food was brilliant and service in the restaurant was great. The next morning we had a swim in the pool."
