Enjoyed out family trip! Hotel was nice with a great location to riverwalk and other things we wanted to do. Valet parking was rough on the first day, however, it was much better the other days. Staff at hotel was very kind and accommodating.

We came to stay in SA as an early birthday present for our daughter. She had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful and interacted great with our kids. They even joked around with them and gave great recommendations for food in the area. Our kids loved the breakfast in the morning and over all had an amazing time. Rooms were clean and well taken care of.

Valet Parking, parking across street was expensive. We parked in a parking garage down the street for flat rate $10 a day. Beds & pillows were not comfortable. Pool was nice especially for toddlers. Breakfast was decent, a different variety every morning. Housekeeping refreshed our room daily.

We loved the location and the room size. Everything was clean as well, which we really appreciated. The only complaints were that the shower water would never get hot. We got it to get like warm and that was about it- so the showers were quick! During breakfast, it was packed. We waited twenty minutes to make a waffle. My only suggestion would be to maybe spread the breakfast area out a bit more and add a couple more waffle makers. Other than that, everything was great and we would def stay again.
