"Before we even got to the hotel I had questions about the property and was able to speak with John, he was so kind and answered everything well! And then upon arrival he was also the same person who checked us in. He is so friendly and always welcoming to everyone in the lobby! The hotel was beautiful, the pool was great and the location is perfect! The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and also great customer service!! The only minor complaint I have is that I wish someone had told us about the carpet being ripped up on our floor, it just took us by surprise because the entry into the hotel, the lobby, elevator, all 5 stars but then we got to our floor and it looked like they were recovering from flooding! But it didn’t hurt our stay at all!!"

"walkable to Broadway bars. Quiet if you had pool side rooms. Could be noisey some nights if you had street side. The flag poles would clang and the motor bikes would speed by. But overall great place to stay. Fabulous breakfast, and great staff."
