We had booked this hotel for our first night arriving in Gatlinburg; it was an in between to check into our air bnb the next day. It was just my husband and I this trip but we kept saying how great the hotel would be for our kids if they were with us. The night we were there, they had a family movie night with popcorn included The hotel allowed 24/7 pool and hot tub use which is a bonus compared to other hotels. Our room and bathroom was clean. We booked here for the 24 hour pool access. The staff at the desk was excellent. Only issue is that the cleaning crew set up carts and garbage right outside our front door daily and were very loud waking us up several times in the morning. I did not complain or ask them to move. They were very polite, just the noise level in the hall was loud. Other than that no real complaints.
