Awesome place to stay!! We had a king river view room with a fireplace and it was truly spectacular. Loved it and the environment of the little village shops around it and the The Margaritaville restaurant.

Spacious, clean rooms. Parking was not convenient.
Because of Covid -19 there was no housekeeping, but if we needed anything there was always someone to help. Rooms were clean and spacious but unless you paid extra for valet service you were going to have a pretty lengthy walk unless you waited for a tram. As far as I could tell there was no handicapped parking so my husband would walk out to our car and pick me up outside of the hotel when we wanted to go somewhere off site. The room was nice but I feel like we paid more than what it was worth.

Great hotel, TERRIBLE parking.
The property is great, with rooms in the middle of the retail, river and Fountain square areas of the The Island. The non-valet parking is terrible- much too far from the hotel. They need to flip the valet and “commoner” parking lots. It’s is enough of an inconvenience that we will not book another trip to the property.
