The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The walls/doors are thin so there was a toddler babbling and squealing through the door. The balconies were nice. They only have 2 fire pits which were always in use. Overall it was a good stay and the trolley stop into the activities in Gatlinburg is right in front of the hotel. It’s also just a half mile to get to the beginning of the activities.
