The property messaged me two days before my booking, informing me that they had overbooked and couldn’t give me my room. They asked me to cancel my booking. I messaged back and asked them to cancel from their end as I had prepaid for my stay and cancellation was non-refundable. They didn’t cancel it. When I arrived in Star Dojran I visited the hotel, and they assured me that they will cancel the booking and that I will get my money back. They never canceled and I never got a refund.
