Beautiful room and stay
A lovely repeat visit to this hotel. Quite central and near the Paseo del Parque and also Malagueta beach. Frequent buses to old town. Ate at the rooftop restaurant on arrival and the garden bar on the last day. Lovely setting for drinks in the foyer in the evening. we had a sea facing room with balcony which was very luxurious

Unexpected surprise
The hotel is very pretty. The territory around it looks great. The front desk employees and other staff thought out the hotel very pleasant and always say hello once you encounter them in the hallways. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about some people working the entrance. Once before checking in I was given an advice I didn’t ask for. Second time before checking out the guy was running behind and asking for room number even after was told that I would check out later. Especially when check out is at 12 and this was before 11. I’ve never 👎 encountered anything like this before. Very odd for the 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, kept spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It really is a stunning experience staying in the hotel. The only downfall I would say is that due to the room and bathroom floor being marble, it can get quite slippy when wet. Also there is a soap tray at the side of the bath that serves no purpose (as there is a pump soap dispenser above it) and I cut myself off the side of it when coming out of the bath.
