Interesting Stay...
Decent place for the price, but not exactly the Four Seasons. Loose hairs from prior guest, cracks in wall and floor, broken appliances. Beds were ok. Didn't feel 100% safe either but it was also NYE and people were hanging out/talking late in the hallways outside of the rooms.

Our room smelled terrible like smoke and we requested a non smoking room. We needed a handicap accessible room and they gave us the top floor. The front desk was not welcoming.

Don't stay here!
Lock broken on door and if I didn't have a secury bar I would have been unable to stay. Floor and bathroom dirty. No implements for cooking, stove broken, no coffee/tea or cups even in bathroom. Cupboard door hanging by one hinge. Every time we asked for towels/coffee or anything they would promise to bring it later and never did. No maid service at all for the entire stay. 2 tiwels for 3 ppl in room.

Disrepair overwhelming
Staff was helpful and patient. Many patrons seemed to be low-functioning. Refund/cancelation policies were good. Location was good, as expected. The condition of the property was quite poor, however. Most tubs had stains. Bedcovers were stained or ripped. Doors were damaged. Some ceiling areas were stained. Floor was dirty. A/C fan covered w/ dust. I assume some consider the hotel a good value.

You get what you pay for
The room was a mess with the toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. There were holes in the wall. The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The shower curtain would not stay closed because the rod wasn’t installed correctly. However, the frig didn’t work and they replaced it quickly.

Disgusting
Arrived and the big guy working put a sign out as I went to open door and said be back. 20 min later I was finally able to check in to my room. Only to find the toilet overflown and the bathroom flooded. I went to phone the office but the phone did not even work. So i walked to the office to let them know only to be left waiting for maintenance for hours. But I guess you get what you pay for. Won’t be back there. Gross.

Beware the Details.. Call them first.
Never got to stay there. They asked for a three digit deposit on arrival. Yet -- my receipt stated that all I owed on arrival was a couple of dollars. And the funny thing is that Motel6 is the same outfit as Studio6 and I stayed there the three previous nights just 7 miles up the road AND there was NO deposit or deviation from the Hotels.com transaction detals/receipt. Now I'm out a nice chunk of cash for the cancellation and still waiting for the balance to hit my credit card 3 days out since this disaster.
