Excellent location!
Wonderful Inn, convenient location to local attractions. Drop dead views! Onsite restaurant with terrific pricing and plenty of options from pub fare to an 8 oz. filet! Room was clean and quaint. Too cold this time of year to enjoy the outdoor options but they include decks, gazebo and a pool. Looking forward to another stay this coming summer!

Evening Mystique
the lore surrounding the Lucerne is exciting. Very nice facility, updated as much as you really would want so not to over take the 100yro essence , this place is very romantic and quite the experience if you want to walk the halls after 2am. Staff is fantastic and well educated o. the history. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with great views. Pleasantly surprised by superb in house dining with a great menu including options other than seafood ( like French opinion soup, lamb chops)… this is a hotel one can return to over and over!

Very pleasant inn, the mix of antiques and new amenities is very pleasing. Clean, feel of a high end lux hotel, but more friendly and family-run. Very enjoyable stay both times we have been here in the area.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, very hospitable and even helped us plan our day at Acadia! The dinner was fantastic. Just a note on facilities…we stayed in the guest house that has a shared balcony with other guests…we were visiting off season and so had the beautiful balcony to ourselves…but had we not, other guests using it would have been just feet from our bedroom window and bed. It was perfect and beautiful for us without sharing it, however!
