Cute and cozy modernized old school motel
Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff and overall a charming old school motel. The condition of the room was flawless. Clean and organized. Bed was comfortable and clean. Parking is easy and locating it is simple off the Rt-1 bypass. Great for a night or a few! Complimentary breakfast is impressive. Bought a souvenir mug for $5 because we enjoyed it so much.

Easy access to Portsmouth, Dover, Kittery, and beyond. The road noise was not as loud as i thought, and my room was closest to the highway. Room was clean and efficient, and the continental breakfast was one of the better I've seen. Definitely recommed!

This was a handy place to stay and good value. The staff on reception were also lovely and welcoming and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had good variety. The bedroom and bathroom were nice too. The only issue was I found the bedroom pretty cold.

This is a very neat retro little inn. All well restored, and very inviting. We stayed a week, and felt at home every night after doing our vacation things. Will definitely be back.

Positives: the free parking was super convenient, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room itself was spotless, which I really appreciated, and had everything I needed. The shower had good water pressure, and the towels were thick and fluffy—a nice touch! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. They had boiled eggs, pre-made omelets, coffee cake (which was delicious), milk, orange juice, yogurt, coffee, fruit, toast, and bagels. It was a great spread and made mornings so much easier. The mattress was really comfortable, and the whole area was quiet, so I slept well. I loved that the room included a microwave, fridge, and even a teapot, along with enough lamps and a full-body mirror for extra convenience. On the downside, the shower was a bit small, which could feel a little cramped. And while the hotel itself is great, it’s a bit far from any walkable restaurants, so driving is necessary if you want to eat out.

Well someone needs a bran muffin!
When I arrived it was late because the flight and baggage collection was delayed. I arrived and there was no key. My credit card had been denied. I explain that my card had been stolen and had to be replaced. The hostess addressed me with what can only be described as a dressing down. Now I'm 62 years old and I was not having any of her attitude but I held my tongue and tried again to explain. She seemed like she was reprimanding a child and complained that she had been trying to call me for the past two days. I apologized again for the inconvenience and offered her the replacement card. she was less than welcoming and had it not been so late I would have left and looked for an alternate option.
