Room was dirty. Many steps up to room with no luggage help. Restaurant was stupid expensive for wjat you get. If you are not into mountain bikes in the summer or snow skiing in the season there is nothing to do here.

1960s construction that has not been upgraded since. NO air conditioning (I walked down a hallway and most of the doors were open at 10:00 p.m. because people were hot). Asked for a first-floor room (disability) - NO. No elevators, so schlepped luggage up 3 flights of stairs. This morning, was woken up at 6:30 a.m. by vendors unloading cars and a truck to set up their booths/tents for a sale of some kind. This is a HORRIBLE place.

Room reeked of mold, dust balls were everywhere on the walls. No air conditioning which was never mentioned. Room looked like employees living area.

Don’t stay in summer
Traveled with family to resort for two nights to participate in a bike race. Resort community areas were very nice along with pool. Room was very dated but adequate and clean. Hardest part was sleeping because there is minimal ventilation and no AC. To resorts credit the weekend has warmer than average temps with highs this stay of 85. Desk Fan in room was inadequate. Perhaps they need ceiling fans to ensure guest comfort. For the price I’d stay in Driggs next time.

I booked this property because the booking said 25 miles to Grand Teton National Park. The hotel building was a little hard to find. I called ahead to inquire about the card hotel and was told there was no hold and they just keep a card on file but if we were traveling with our dog then there would be the pet fee added. Got to the property and was told it was $100 hold. Wasn’t planning on that since I was told otherwise prior to the trip. Went to go to the room and the bathroom wouldn’t shut, there was damage done to the mini fridge and a few other things. Ultimately decided to leave early since it just wasn’t going to be a good fit. Luther, at the front desk was nice. He said that it was a known issue about the distance and it has since been updated somewhere between when I booked and checked in. But probably won’t be back.

The Lodge rooms are well maintained but dated. No air conditioning, even with a fan the room was hot. The only relief was to open the door to get cross ventilation. The road up is maintained beware of the open range cattle. Black cows in the dark. We came across about 20. Grounds are nice. Ski lift ride to top. Mountain biking for those interested . Pool. Hot tub. Nice sitting areas. Lodge has no ice machine and no vending machines for late night. The Teewinot has an ice machine. We had a small fridge which kept drinks real cold. No microwave.

The rooms had no AC and the surrounding was too noisy to sleep at night. May be good place to stay in winter. Unfortunately I stayed there in summer.

A super cool place to spend a couple of nights on our way to Bryce. Stayed in the Lodge- very simple room with exceptional bedding and towels. Trap bar for a drink and a burger. Nice little village feel to the place, with friendly staff and amazing mountain biking. Nice pool too would have stayed longer. Especially if the road to Tetons was t closed!

Excellent spot to stay while skiing Grand Targhee. 2 minor gripes. 1. The building is starting to show it's age. Nothing serious, but wear is becoming obvious on stairways. 2. It is hard to regulate the electric heat in the room. Excellent location, great service, overall a positive experience. I will stay here again.

This is a ski Lodge so the rooms are geared to skiers. The views from the lodge are beautiful. We ate at both restaurants and they were both good. We took the ski lift up to the top and that was nice, pricey but nice. I dont suggest staying here if you are going to the Tetons, the mountain road to get to the Lodge is quite the ride.
