What to say ... it started badly with the complete parking. the guard wanted to park the car outside on the road. Then I booked all inclusive, but the hotel.com website only validated the breakfast on my reservation. At the reception, no one informed us, or even took the timeto explain restaurants, drinks ... so we only had breakfast. Only last night we learned that our stay was well all inclusive. The indoor pool is too small, with all the tourists, you could not move. No wifi in the rooms either ... yes for a 4 star hotel in 2018 it seems incredible. In short it was my first and last stay at this hotel.

We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone in the Buffet Restaurant,Reception and Piano Bar.We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well.The Buffet was great and excellent, the pool is really one of the best i have seen in Hammamett, and the private Beach of this Hotel is great! Staying here already for the second time, and pretty sure will stay here again and again. :) ++++
