Don't let the outside scare you away
So from the outside i was very scared to go in. The wood was all broken and there was dirt all over the front of the building. Our room had a private entrance that went upstairs to our own door. Upon entering the staircase there were cobwebs and bugs all over the box for the fire extinguisher, upong going up stairs the light ficture on the ceiling was the same cobwebs and spiders and bugs, when i went inside it was a different story. The entire room and been redone with new wood planks and new flooring, the furniture was old and could use a replacement, and the bed was super hard. My husband and i both have back problems so it was a hard couple nights sleep. The bathroom vent fan didnt work it had a loud squeaking sound so we had to turn it off, the window in the bathroom had cobwebs in it also. But other than those couple things it was a nice room and i would stay again, if i could get the same room, just have to bring a bed roll to make the bed more comfortable.

TERRIBLE Customer Service and satisfaction. This hotel will not allow compensation for early check out, for even medical reasons. Reserved a room for 2 nights and checked out for medical reasons after 1 night. The hotel staff would not refund the night we could not stay due to their policy. The one night we did stay we observed bugs in the room, sand on the floor, and the TV did not work. Rooms are remodeled, however furniture is old and worn out. No USB ports in the room. ( I can overlook some of the above) however when someone has an unforeseen accident and needs to check out early you would think there would be some compassion. NO not from the staff here!

The motel checkin is at the hotel next door as well as the ice machine. Also the screen on the balcony had blue tape holding it together and it was hard to slide. The bathroom had no stopper for the tub, mold growing on the balcony. There were fire pits but no wood to use. Finally, trash everywhere by the beach as well as in ft of the porch( cigarette butts, alcohol bottle tops ect

The room was clean and plenty of clean linens were provided. No towel bars were available to hang wet towels on. There was only one lamp in the room, making it very dim. Also, the microwave ran off of an electrical switch, and we weren't made aware of this beforehand. We had to figure it out on our own.

Inside was clean and updated. Our room was on the top floor and the ceiling of the hallway was covered in spiders. The bathroom was a 6/10 cleanliness. When we arrived there was hair on the toilet and side of shower.

We had a week stay and were not very pleased. When we arrived we didn’t know where the office was, then when we finally found it and got our room there was nothing but trash and extremely hot in the room, it was definitely not somewhere I wanted to lay my head at. We then were placed into another room that was better compared to the first one but the beds were extremely itchy, I had to go buy a broom and disinfectant wipes because the floors were so dirty. The water in the showers etc smelled sooo bad on the last night we were there I was picking up the room and getting things together so it was a easy clean for the next day and I was moving towels and there were baby ANTS in the towels! The pools are freezing and nasty. I will not be spending my time here ever again, I would not recommend this motel to anyone! You are better off in your car!

Very very dirty as soon as we walked in, essentiallythe floors. Our daughter walked for only a few minutes and here feet were crazy black. We were very confused, then figured out all our feet were black from the dirty floor. We asked management to clean our room the next day. They never got to it. They only cleaned it the day before we had to leave from our 3 night stay. Very not professional.

Horrible service!
We were told our room would be ready at 4. And we got there at that time and it was not. We had to wait till 7pm and mess up our afternoon plans bc we couldn’t get into our rooms.. But in the meantime we pulled up around 6 to see if they were done yet and there was someone on a bike dealing to our cleaners. We were pissed. No wonder it took them so long to clean our rooms. On top of that their pool was green and gross, as well as the “beach” was not clean and it was overgrown. I give this place a 1 out of 5 bc atleast when the rooms were clean the room looked good.
