We pulled in to the parking garage entrance, pushed a button, told him our name, and we were parked within 10 seconds. Checkin was easy, the room was spacious and clean, and service was great. Bar and breakfast were great as well.

Everything was great except for one thing , we had booked online, then decided to stay a couple extra days the website would not let me add on the days without it, charging an astronomical price. It was cheaper to make two reservations. Loved location.

The stay was fine.
The room was fine. There were a lot of amenities, including a dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast was pretty good (it was a little late the second morning as apparently some staff didn't show up on time). The shower door didn't shut all the way, so water got on the floor. The parking situation was a bit challenging (There are very few spots in the garage, so there had to be some double-parking with our keys being handed to the front desk in case the car needed to be moved). I think the room carpet could use a shampooing, as my feet got a bit dirty after walking around the room barefoot.

Nice Southside location and helpful staff
Room was clean and no surprises. Furniture was showing its age a little. However, staff is very responsive and friendly, location is nearby restaurants and coffee shops, as well as some retail. Nice views of the river but about 15 minute ride from downtown Pittsburgh. If I return to the city, I will seriously consider returning to Hyatt house.

The rooms are beautiful and the facilities are clean. Check in and out were very easy. It was quiet, which I appreciate as well. Nicely set back from the middle of everything yet very close to everything. Loved the dog park being so close as well as plenty of businesses, restaurants and such in walking distance. The hop on hop off bus is a block away and a great way to get around the city without paying for multiple Uber or Lyft drivers. Entertaining too.

Great view by river. Room was very small. Not much privacy between bathroom and bedroom. Parking is really bad. We parked across the street because the hotel had weddings every day we were there. Couldn’t use terrace at all. The area has good restaurants which was nice. All in all would choose a different place next time.

Great location - very easy to get around to everything we were doing. Only drawback is do not use hotel garage! Park in garage across the street - they over book available spaces plus cars are parked two deep per space and you’ll have to wait until someone gets the keys and moved cars to let you out.

Poor
Room was nice. Was an event at the hotel and made our stay unenjoyable. Our room overlooked the terrace, which we couldn’t use. The room also had a river view which was nice. Been nice to know they had an event before booking. Was there to enjoy our anniversary and all my wife enjoyed was a pounding headache from the load music on the terrace. We would not recommend or come back.
