Lovely place
Beautiful small hotel in an amazing historic building. Staff are extremely welcoming & friendly. Our room was huge with very high ceilings. It was spotless and very quiet despite being very central.
Great breakfast and it’s dog friendly. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous small hotel
A lovely hotel in a prime location. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially the lady who did the breakfast. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well appointed throughout. This establishment is like staying in a large home with lovely touches throughout. The room was a very nice size with high ceilings and the building itself is beautiful. The only issue was the sat nav getting us to hotel as some streets are pedestrianised for the weekend and do not yet seem to register on the computer yet. We would set stay again.

Gorgeous historic property with great service
Stayed twice (each for one night) on a recent road trip with the family. Such a lovely hotel: pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful old property in the centre of Nancy; some available car parking nearby. A warm and helpful welcome; a personalised breakfast service, and the most comfortable beds. Really top end bathrooms inserted into the rooms; lovely Nuxe toiletries. The hotel won't suit everyone - it would be tricky for people with mobility issues as there is no lift, and a spiral stone staircase - but for lovers of character properties this is a pure joy. Would wholeheartedly recommend, and look forward to returning.

Excellent staff and stay. Lovely breakfast. Spiral stone staircase to levels 2 and 3. Great security. I especially like it for the history; 5 minute walk to the Old Quarter — Stanislas Plaza. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Staff are super lovely and attentive, the lady that checked us in was wonderful. It was a quick pit stop for us as we needed to get to Calais to get back to the UK so only stayed for 1 night. Gorgeous building, rooms are clean, the only thing I would say is that there was a bit of a smell in our room.

Great place where you get to enjoy a true French boutique hotel. The building is gorgeous with a rich history. The staff are lovely as was the stay. Extremely comfortable bed with climate control air conditioning. My note to those with disabilities, this is a beautiful old heritage building with loads of character, which means there is no lift and you’ll need to carry your bags up some stairs (I’m sure staff would help with bags, but sharing the note primarily for those who may require a lift / elevator for mobility purposes). Also the city council has made a lot of changes with one way roads and bollards on roads. We found Google Maps and car GPS had not been updated but Apple iPhone maps helped us get there post road changes, the hotel staff also helped navigate us over the phone. Overall, lovely. We also found local bar ‘ Au Coin de la Rue’ to be an awesome bar restaurant.

Lovely Hotel and Superior Staff
Hotel was nicely located near Basilica and arranged parking was super-easy. The room was nice, but showed a little wear (missing the toilet button/cover), but that was a very minor nuisance. The staff was super...especially Isabel. Very friendly, and helpful! The pet fee was 15 euros nightly, which is fine, but not disclosed on the Hotels.com page when we booked. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay!

Lovely historic hotel with great staff. It’s even a stop on the Petit Train tour. Our room was spacious with a view of the church and an outside area looking over the court yard. Great location and walking distance to many cafes and attractions. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by Isabel who provided outstanding friendly service with a smile. Keep in mind it’s a historic hotel so of course no elevator - just a pretty winding concrete staircase. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. Special thanks to Isabel. Merci!

Lovely decorated hotel
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was ok, but was surprised they did not have toast bread on my second breakfast anymore. The hotel room is nicely decorated and lovely. Unfortunately and a bad surprise for me, the room was not soundproofed as described here in hotels.com. You can hear the noise from the street, people passing by on your front door, as well as from the top and from the neighbouring room - the latter two are much more subtle. Consequently, it happened that I was woken up at not so convenient times. As sleep is highly important to me, I cannot recommend the room Khartoum. On the other hand, it is a very nice hotel and very well situated with wonderfully decorated rooms. Perhaps they have quieter rooms they can recommend you.
