Highly recommended
Room cleaning is really punctual. Unlike some hotel where staff is short handed and room cleaning takes place in the evening.
Staff is very friendly and the gym is fantastic with trackmill facing the SPICE arena view

Newly opened 5star
Everything about this hotel is close to perfect. Cleanliness, comfort bed, breakfast selection, distant to airport…, except one: the sound proofing of the room facing main road has room for improvement. The motorcyclist ramping sound in the midnight woke me up a few times.
Next time I come back I will request rooms facing the other sides so that it is away from the main road traffic noises.

Disappointed
Bad experience even though it is a new hotel. First, the system was down and caused me took a long time to check in. And because of system down they can’t provide me a deposit receipt. They should either use manual receipt or just don’t ask for deposit as a 4-5 star hotel. Second, when I enter the room, there was a dirty cleaning towel left on the cupboard. Third, they cut off the electricity supply at 1130 before the checkout time reach, it was like they are rushing you to check out asap. Fourth, check out is slow because of the deposit refund without receipt.

Bad and boring
I stayed in the hotel for 20 days and i had to change the room 3 times and pack my luggages which i had a lot. Room cleaners they dont clean the room i had to complain everyday about this and took some videos to show the management and the other room when i shifted to it has the AC not working i had to stay for 2 days with the heat and then other new room fridge is not workin.. the location is so bad and the environment of the hotel so boring. The staff they have no idea what they are doing. I dont consider this hotel as 5 stars and staff need more training.

Quick Getaway
Was here for a business trip and also a quick getaway with friends. Overall, this was a new hotels. The main and basic amenities is already in place. Everything was good but to me only the mattress and the pillow does not suits me. Too soft.

Housekeeping is not efficient enough, room was not clean up even the make up room notice is on.
Whole hotel got blackout, during that blackout all lift not functioning, emergency door EM lock not released and room phone not functioning as well, if there is fire broke out we will be BBQ inside and this blackout last for 10-13 minutes.
Daily buffet breakfast with limited choice and food is tasteless.
The only thing is the VIP check in/out due to staying at suite room.
I hope the hotel management will seriously look into this matter and this will tarnished the image of Amari hotel group.
