The communication with the hotel prior the stay was very good. Very quick and good information. However, we after we booked we were also informed about additional fees which occured because of the hotel's New Years Celebration (which was not worth it - just a few fire works, no sparkling wine for midnight, the music band was horrible). All in all the food (breakfast & dinner) was great, spa was good and not crowded even during peak times. Unfortunately offers like guided snow shoe walks and Bavarian curling were cancelled. The hotel's interior design and furniture was very outdated and not on a standard which I expect of a four star hotel. The waterproofing in the bathroom was obviously peeling off, the towels were very old and should have been replaced long time ago. Other than that the size of the studio was decent with a little sofa, small desk, good size of a closet. Location is great for skiing, bus stop opposite the hotel, first stop and therefore a 100 percent guarantee of getting a seat in the bus.
