We stayed in peak season. The room was comfortable , suitable for a family of 5. Pool and hot tub were nice, but dated. There was a lot of late night noise from neighbors. Location was very good.

We choose to stay here whenever we come to williamsburg. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is old but they've made efforts to renovate areas. Rooms/bathrooms are generally clean. A/c heat unit is not too loud. Beds are very comfortable. Very close to colonial Williamsburg.

Busch Gardens Weekend get away
The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff was all super friendly and gave tips on visiting local attractions. Only 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. Plenty of parking. Comfy beds. The breakfast was good with 3 waffle makers. Would stay again!

Perfect stay
From the minute we checked in. All staff was very friendly. Lobby was festive , decorated for Xmas and very clean. Rooms were a great size with a larger than typical frig. Would definitely recommend. Ended with a nice breakfast.

Very pleasant stay for a family of six. Great heated pool; we heard from others that it's the best in the area. Terrific, friendly staff. 24/7 hot coffee and welcomed flexibility for latecomers at breakfast. Definitely the prime candidate for our next visit to the area!

Best hotel in Williamsburg
Our family visits Williamsburg yearly to visit Busch Gardens Christmastown. We love staying in this hotel. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, especially the lady that runs the kitchen for the delicious breakfast. The rooms are big, clean and fairly priced. The indoor pool and hot tub are always fun. There is even an arcade.

Great! But……….
The staff was amazing! Excellent customer service! However the only thing that made my stay unpleasant was that my room had a a very strong smell like wet carpet or wet dog smell that was unbearable. We couldn’t switch rooms because of the size room I had was much bigger and I would have had a smaller room. So I literally had to go to Walmart to get a carpet deodorizer and plug in air fresheners to minimize the strong smell. It seems extreme but the smell was so much worse.
