Time to checked in, the room is not ready.. wait almost an hour to checked in! The TV's cable is not working, asked the staff if they fix it, they said it's the weather issue :( The bed is so old and uncomfortable. During the winter time, the only good thing that they have Shuttle to go ski's place. Other than that for pricey $$ room rather go with AirBNB.

Not worth it.
The Lodge is under new ownership. They used to have impeccable service and things have gone down hill. They no longer have coffee makers in the room, you have to request maid service 24 hours ahead, the four days we were there they did not have any dog poop bags in the dog rest area, the whole lobby smells of pool chemicals, and they no longer have individual toiletries in the room. We requested a dog friendly room and they placed us on the third floor even though we called ahead. Two of the light switches in the room did not work. One day the maids or another guest left soiled diapers in a bag in the hallway and the entire hallway smelled. We used to love the level of service at this resort, but it doesn't seem like they are doing the work to keep the hotel up and running in good working under. I felt very disappointed, the service felt more like a Motel 6.

We loved the facility and the staff. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and the main breakfast attendant was awesome! Rooms were large with microwave and fridge which was handy. Only negative was the bed didn’t work well for me. I have occasional back issues and our bed left me hurting in the mornings until I could get loosened up. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.
