Hilton is supposed to be better than this.
It took 10 minutes for the water in the shower to reach WARM. The body soap dispencer in the shower was empty. The heater for the room must have been on a timer. The room temperature was 64 degrees F. I would turn up the thermostat and the heater would turn on for a few minutes then it would turn off and the temp would drift back to 64. The fawcet on the bathroom sink did extend out far enough to get more than a couple of my fingers under the water. That is a start. The two restaurants in the building were very sub par.

Great for your early morning flight!
Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great views of the airport, but not noisy at all. The bar and restaurant is a nice addition. The best part of this hotel is that it is a 5 minute walk to airport security. Great for our early morning flight. Will stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
Exceptional overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very professional. It is so convenient to walk across the skyway to your flight. It is literally a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the security check.

Hope for Hilton
We arrived around 6:30 in the evening and went to our room because we needed to Leave at 4:15 am for flight. Went to shower at 7 and couldn’t get the warm water to work. Took a cold shower. Called front desk. They said they would send someone up to check. It was 8:30 in the evening when they finally showed up took 15 minutes. Water seemed to work but my got up at 3:30 and took a cold shower. No compensation but Hilton reeard points. Spent over 250 for pure misery
