We had amazing time here. The room with a jacuzzi overlooking the caldera was amazing and the view was unreal. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel's two elevators made access to our room, nestled deep into the hillside, convenient. Had a lovely stay at Panorama Suites June 19-22/24. Excellent location, clean, nice rooms and incredible caldera views. The staff was friendly, helpful and the service was excellent. Our server (Goga), never left us wanting for anything! Custom breakfast was a nice change from the usual buffets and all the meals we had, were great. Look forward to returning soon!
