I booked this hotel on Expedia and everything seemed fine even during the day of our trip. I checked the reservation and all good.
But when we arrived to Phoenix from Indianapolis,(my little girl and Myself) we went to this Best Western hotel, the guy at the front desk just said the room was unpaid and we couldn't stay there. It was almost 9 pm. We had nowhere to go. I tried to contact Expedia, it took more than 2 hours before they gave me a response, all they did was send a refund that will be available in 72 hours and an apologize for the inconvenience. At almost 11:00 pm
I couldn't believe they didn't confirm to the hotel that my payment had been sent a month ago, it was charged to my bank , nothing , not explanation at all just refund . In that way we would have a place to sleep that night without any problem ..
I ended up walking with my little girl to the closest hotel . Fortunately was a couple blocks away and they have a room available. . we stayed there that night.
Not only was a very bad service from the hotel and Expedia, , they put me and my daughter in a dangerous situation.
Please If you book your vacations the last thing you want is to be on the street with your kids looking for a place where to spend the night.
