Welcome to the farthest room from Palm Sorings
Honestly when booking I typed in Palm Springs thinking I was viewing rooms in Palm Springs. That was not the case, you have to read every single word that is in your screen and double check on the location. This place was way too far from Pam Springs. Somehow I felt I was tricked in booking this place and by the. U could t change or cancel. I ended up just using the bathroom and did not sleep there. The walls were so thin, the kids next door were making so much noise and slamming the door every 5 min my nerves were at its peak. When using the toilet and I sat down the toilet moved and shifted about an inch !! That even freaked me out . I wanted to get a massage but by the time I arrived at check out time the front desk told me it was too late to book a massage. What do you mean I just got here on time at check in time . Apparently you have to book your massage before 12pm. Somehow I missed the memo. This how trip was a catastrophe and I was not going to argue and make it worst. C’mon worst trip ever , what else you got? Bed bugs? Oh no that’s ok I’ll just sit on this toilet, that likes to move as you’re sitting. Yikes I’m dead !

Have low expectations
It was definitely a lower standard than what I expected. Starting with the main front entrance doors looking disheveled and run-down. Also, if you go for a walk in the area expect to see quite a few homeless folks in the surrounding area. The pools were nice, but not clear if they were true mineral springs. They seemed to be regular chlorinated hot tubs and pool. Lastly, not even complimentary poolside towels! Low class hotel, in my opinion.

Not a great location. The surrounding area is not inviting. We drove into Palm Springs each day we went out to eat. Staff and all was good. Just the location on the busy street and in a bad area just didn’t work for us.

The thermostat asked to not turn it below 80 I thought that was strange. They charge a 75.00 non refundable fee for dogs which didn’t say that when I booked. Hotel is older. Bathroom was clean room clean.

I asked the front desk staff where i needed to be for a massage appointment and was told to wait in the front lobby for someone to come and get me. About 10-15 minutes later, a manager showed up and directed us to our massage room. Apparently waiting in the lobby was not supposed to happen. A a result of this, i think the massage therapists assumed we were late and shorted us a little on our paid time. They were great, though, and the hotel was a nice stay. I blame a miscommunication with the front desk staff.
