Pleasant stay
We were on a 17 day trip to Italy and Vienna. We loved the easy check in and the location of the hotel. I loved the water pressure in the shower. The only downer for us was the bed was a little on the hard side. The employees were all pleasant and eager to assist us. The hotel was close to many restaurants and a couple of grocery stores and bakeries. Would definitely stay there again. Also the hotel was very quiet and we never heard any noise from the hallway or other rooms.

Please do not book any advance lunch or dinner. Not a good experience. Made advance payment for 5 meals. Hotel insisted only 3 coupons showing in their system. It turned out more expensive by pre booking meals. Good breakfast.

Great Vienna stay
Nice hotel, stayed for conference in Vienna and it is right on the metro line so you can go into Vienna city easily. I had breakfast included- there was cereal, breads, cold meats and a hot buffet of sausage, scrambled egg, beans etc. All i would say is that it does get busy for breakfast so tables were short and some items needed refilling but that's not the fault of the hotel it's just something as a guest you need to bear in mind. I also had lunch here when i arrived and the club sandwich was very nice. The room has a small fridge which i kept some small bits of food in, there is a spar a very short walk so you can grab some deli bits as you need. All in all a practical hotel for my trip to Vienna, thank you.

Good stay but duty Manager very rude!!!
Good Comfortable Stay unfortunately some staff not very informative and behave of duty manager not professional and ignorant. We have been informed that breakfast next morning starts at 6.30am which was perfect for us as we can hit road early. Arrived on breakfast been told that breakfast starts actually at 7 am when asked duty manager can we grab coffee on the go he completely ignored us and told us to that's rules and I should check web when breakfast is served (he just walk away from us) very unprofessional behaviour.

Good but not great
The room was good and clean. Great with a mini fridge, a kettle and some coffee and tea. The room was a little bit too small for a family. Pillows too hard and difficult to sleep on. What we didn’t like was the bathroom doors opening from the bedroom. Every time you wanted to go in, the lights shine right into the room. Parking garage was not connected to the hotel, which wasn’t good for us with small kids and luggage to carry. Check in was from 3pm, even then our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait a little longer, not good with small children and since we had been travelling since morning.
