Barking dog, dark dungeon.
No lighting/lamps in the suite seating area. It was a dark dungeon. Very unpleasant. Also, hell of a note having a damn barking dog next to our room. We won't be staying a La Quinta in the future.

Elevator didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close, bathtub water leak, no ice machine in 2nd floor. Went downstairs for breakfast, which is an advertised amenity, and there’s no food available at 7:15am. I never saw anyone trying to replenish it so I left. Will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
