My wife and I just came back from the Majestic Colonial and we were very impressed with the food and atmosphere. One of the things that I enjoyed which surprised me was the beach area: they had covered areas where you can sit, read and relax without being directly in the sunlight. It was wonderful. The only thing that I did not like was the smell of smoke from other guests but it can be a change to combat that because it travels. Other than that 5 stars!

This is resort is technically not an all inclusive. After 11PM you have to pay for room Service. They also close ALL the pools at 6PM which is such an inconvenience when you’re traveling with kids. The service received from some of the employees was terrible. The rooms are very outdated the jacuzzi looked terrible it had like gunk in the jets we def did not use that! And the bathroom was horrible the toilet space was so small.

I loved the room and the access to the beach. One night at steakhouse dinner my partner and I walked out because we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food before deciding to leave to find other dinner options. The table next to us was served and they sat down 20 minutes after us. I also had a eyelash in my Cesar salad so we did not get our main dishes and left. Other than that it was a good experience.

We had a good overall stay at this resort. The staff were kind and somewhat welcoming. The shows were a hit or miss and Funjestic was really boring and short. The Dominican night was the funnest night. The food was ok. I’d rate it 7/10. I feel like the menu was the same every night despite having different themes every night. The desserts had all the same filling and they all kinda tasted the same. The French restaurant was a cool experience. The beach was clean and nice and conveniently located from the resort. I don’t think I’d return again, however if you’re in a budget definitely book.

We were a group of 23. 5 couples and 9 kids from ages 9-21. We had an amazing experience. Rooms were nice and big. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beach and ocean were breathtaking. Plenty of chairs. No towel game at all! The restaurants were happy to seat all 23 of us together most nights. The property is gorgeous. Lots of activities in the evenings for everyone to enjoy. We stayed Oct 5-12 2024. We will definitely go back!
