6/10 Good

Room was generally not clean- had ant infestation on the floor. Carpets appeared very worn and sometimes not cleaned. Breakfast is chaos and food was just ok- as expected for a mass buffet of that size. Staff was very courteous and respectful, but language barrier was sometimes difficult.

4/10 Fair

AC and Internet didn’t work for our entire 3 day stay, which is kind of important after a full day at the parks. The location is nice, the hotel grounds are pretty and the shuttle to Disney works. But the food and drinks are absurdly priced. Pay the little bit more to stay at a Disney hotel as this presents itself as an upscale hotel but operates like a cheap motel.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The room is clean and spacious. I would definitely come back if Disneyland was in our plans. Our trip was short so I was not able to take advantage of all the offerings (pool/spa etc.).

4/10 Fair

This hotel is a budget hotel so you take that knowledge on how you rate the hotel however this hotel needs a refurb badly. The bathrooms are dated and falling apart and the carpets in my room were stained in multiple places. The room sizes are great and there is so much potential to be a nicer property with a soft refurb investment. Grounds are beautiful overall building is nice but you are let down after the lobby. Food wise I wouldn’t even give it one star. Food was not great. Poor choices and lacked healthier options. Even a grained bread would have been appreciated. Breakfast is the biggest let down for the food but lunch and dinner were no better. Overall this property could have been a lot stronger in what they offered their guests and still fallen within a budget hotel. It’s a shame.
