It truly was an OASIS!
The place was great. Very close to a couple of the eight pools. The only negative was on our second night there were little water ants coming in by the kitchen and living room window. Called the front desk and maintenance man showed up within 20 minutes and killed them with spray and also sprayed outside. It’s tough to control these little buggers but some outdoor traps would be helpful

Good time at the Oasis
We loved our time at Oasis Resort. The property is lovely. We felt relaxed by the comfort and privacy of each space and anytime we needed anything, the staff responded swiftly and courteously. The bicycles offered were awesome!

More specific check in instructions would be helpful. The resort is huge and it is not clear where to go for check in. Once we got in the resort was lovely and perfectly manicured. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful resort with fully furnished rooms. All the pools and resort grounds were beautiful and pretty much immaculate. The rooms were nice but a little dated. The couch had a noicable musty smell and the only other chair was a little stained. The bed was great though. Biggest two issues both involved miscommunication with the staff. First when you arrive you are greeted by two gates and only vauge instructions on what to do, attached to the intercom with a faded note. Once inside everyone is super friendly and helpful though. The other issue was during our stay our cable didnt work while not the end of the world we couldn't get it fixed because we didnt realize, unlike a hotel, you have to be present for maintenance to do anything inside. I understand why but again this wasnt communicated and who wants to wait on maintenance when you have the beautiful city of Palm Springs to explore.

It was wonderful space to stay with my family The 2 bedroom unit is amazing and we found all what we need and is in great condition, we never expect the unit will be that big and good. The price is reasonable for this kind of apartment. I make a reservation for 7 families all of the say thank you to me because I found this place for them at the same time it was my 1st visit to this resort. I have a recommendation to property management company the need to advertise more for this complex and add more pictures so everyone can see how this resort is great I wish I can give them more than 5 stars
