This property look nothing like the picture. The "suite" we were assigned was filthy. Mold on the ceilings, mold on the walls, the bathroom was filthy. We saw bugs coming out of the furniture. We immediately checked out.

Overall my family did not enjoy our overnight stay to get relief from hurricane Helene. We ended up finding bed bugs in our beds and when we told the hotel we were called liars.

Well above average tv channel selection. Very nice room. I believe i stayed here 6 months ago, and still only one ice machine working! Breakfast opened @ 6 & already out of coffee @ 610! No one around to ask to bring more out.

Put me in a room that when I opened the door I was blasted by cat urine smell. I had to go back and request another room after having to go through a 30 min check in process. They put me in another room and it had mold on the ceiling. Place was gross and I cannot beleive someone would rent a room that smelled like that never mind the mold.

The hotel was very unkempt. Sink was clogged, air-conditioner broke, they fixed it but it broke again... Employees were nice the condition of the place is not a fault of their own...

This hotel is not suitable for guests. It was extremely dirty and with mold all over the place. We even saw two dead cockroaches. We checked in but left within five minutes, as staying here would have been a nightmare for my family. When I 'checked out' shortly after, the lobby staff informed me that the manager would contact me since they couldn't process a refund due to my third-party booking through Expedia. I'm still waiting for the manager's call and for my refund."
