Never again
The shower did not drain. The sink did not drain. And at 4 o’clock in the morning, somebody decided to move furniture upstairs.
Tried to say something when I checked out. But the guy was too busy on the phone.

Bad customer service
The room was fine. Comfy bed and good price. The only problem we had, is that someone at the front desk gave out my personal information without my consent. This was in very poor taste. Apologies were given, but it could have put someones life in danger to give out such information.

Filthy and in poor condition
Absolutely filthy. Stains on most surfaces, holes in the walls, cigarette burns on the bathtub. The room key folder had clearly been reused multiple times. Room heater didn’t work above 60 degrees. Terrible experience, even if you just need a place to sleep on a road trip.

Good place to stay for a nights rest. Lady on front desk was very helpful getting us extra pillows and blanket.
Room was clean.
Breakfast was basic, coffee? waffles, cereal, yogurt and toast/bagels.
We would stay again when traveling through St. Clair.

Dilapidated !
Dilapidated state . A lot of upgrading is needed. Had to ask for room change for multiple reasons. Heating wasn’t working…Bedsheets were dirty and the list goes on.
Price was nominal but atleast prasudha services must be provided.

This place was FILTHY. Dirt, hair and god knows what else in every corner of the room. The entire place reeked of cigarettes (even though it was a nonsmoking room) the hallways/stairs were covered in stains and had not been vacuumed in a long time. I would absolutely not recommend staying here if you can avoid it. Nasty, nasty, nasty hotel.

The rooms are small, but clean. There is no elevator and it is 3 floors high. This was a little tricky with all the luggage. We did not have a remote control in the room. Called to the front desk for one. Didn’t receive it. Asked the next morning at breakfast for one. Received one, but it didn’t work. We took that one back and requested a new one. They told us they would bring one up. When we returned that evening, still no remote control. Called for one and they brought one up. Didn’t work. We gave up. Breakfast was scarce and poorly stocked. It was eventually replenished after I asked for the waffle batter to be filled. Overall, it met our needs, but did not offer any extras.
