Absolutely disgusting
I spent 1 night here and I can say that this hotel needs to be closed down. There are holes in the sheets, broken things both in the room and in the corridors... things that the staff thought it best to "fix" with tape because fixing things properly is apparently too difficult. The elevator doesn't work and guests have to climb 5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, but the staff doesn't offer to help. The bedroom had temperatures at literally 30+ degrees Celsius all day: when you change the thermostat, nothing happens. Why is it there? Nobody knows. Finally went down at 11pm to say that it's incredibly hot and it’s hard to even breathe (let alone sleep), and they tell me that the air conditioning only works during the day (but from 2pm to 7pm it still didn't work, as already mentioned before ). Furthermore, the hotel is full of mosquitoes (the scorching heat doesn't help). Everything I described can be observed in the photos I added to the review. And the icing on the cake: the WiFi doesn't work and no one to help you. Moral of the story: this hotel is disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. I don't know how others managed to give more than one star. Service beyond terrible. Find another calling because hospitality ain’t it.

Nice historical building and close to central. We had couple of issues: The internet wasn’t working and the TV was only in Italian. On the second night there was a cleaning happening in the rooms above us at 1AM!!!! Loud hoover and ppl talking/ walking. We were not able to go sleep till 3am. We stayed in many hotels but never been kept awake by the cleaning at night!

2/10 Poor

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. It was full of neglect and the photos are very deceiving. Below are a list of the issues we found: Mosquitoes: the room was infested with mosquitoes in February, after one night we were completely covered in bites. There were dead mosquitoes all over the walls. No Double Bed: it was just two single beds pushed together which kept separating and were very uncomfortable. Horrible Bathroom: the bathroom stank terribly which in turn stank up the entire bedroom. It was tiny, unclean and the toilet flush was incredibly loud similar to an aeroplane. Terrible Breakfast: nothing but watery eggs and overcooked bacon. Definitely wouldn't call it a breakfast. Also the single toaster looks and acts like it was invented yesterday, which obviously meant you're queuing for a slice of toast forever. Paper Thin Walls: you can hear everything in the rooms, people arriving, full conversations, people walking past. Very very disruptive at night. Construction Work: the courtyard was full of messy, horrible taped weird floor. Not great when you have to walk through it daily. Overall we couldn't wait to leave as it was a terrible experience. Definitely not a 3* hotel. The only plus is the breakfast staff were lovely, but this is then levelled out by the rude man on reception.

The hotel is currently under a lot of repairs and as a result isn't nearly as nice as the photos or the outside of the building suggests. This really should have been warned about. I would not have stayed here. The room was small but functional. We had a little issue with mosquitos and a very noisy air conditioning unit. The breakfast was simple but fine. The hotel is situated in a really useful place, near metro, tourist locations and trains.

While the hotel is nice, most of the downstairs area is under work and the wifi service was very poor. Well located, 20 mns walk from El Duomo.

If you are looking for a hotel with working A/C, this is NOT the hotel for you! We booked it because the description specifically says the hotel has A/C, which it DOES NOT have in the rooms. Only the main corridors are air conditioned. The rooms do not have working windows to open either. We stayed one night with temps in our room over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We complained several times to staff and they claimed it was working and they would send someone to look but they never did. We ended up rebooking a different hotel for our second night stay at our cost. This hotel has refused numerous requests to refund our second night stay even though THEY WHERE AT FAULT FOR FALSELY ADVERTISING their hotel's amenities. We have traveled all over the world and this is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Unless you like sweating while you sleep, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND THEY DO NOT!!!

Excellent stay close to Milan Centre.
Booked a suite at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! Separate split level lounge and bedroom , two small balconys and in an extremely quiet location. Six minute walk to Milan Codorna rail station with direct link to Malpensa airport. Breakfast included and very good.

Nice Hotel. Perfect for Last Supper Museum. Was a little hard to find. The address was correct. You just need to look directly to your left as you walk in the main entrance and the hotel entrance is on your left.
