Overall it was a good stay. The hotel seems to be a bit much for Sorrento, Italy, And to me was too Americanized. The food was very average for Italy. Breakfast was spectacular, but I couldn’t find a good cup of coffee. All the coffee wasn’t good. Also, another turn off was the smell in the hallway outside our room. I think it’s a cleaning product odor, combined with the heat from the sun, and poor ventilation in the area. Otherwise it was nice.

The photos and description of this location are completely false. The pool was locked up with a chain. The halls and areas were empty and not inviting at all, the front desk person who checked us in was rude and not helpful. The whole thing was terrible. For the rate and expected experience, this should have been way better.

The views are so beautiful, it really has the ‘wow’ factor in bundles.
