I was in room 235. It’s a corner with two sets of windows. The room is updated and spacious. There were also blackout blinds to keep out the light and the cold weather. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Chris was a good listener.

An Excellent Place to Stay
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Idaho Falls, Idaho rated 5's in all areas. The room was not too small, and it was clean. The mattress was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices both hot and cold, and it had daily housekeeping which was a big plus. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and fresh throughout the facility. We had a very pleasant sty here.

I appreciated all of the staff and that there was an airport shuttle service. The shuttle was on time and he was very courteous. The breakfast options were great and we utilized and enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!! I also very much appreciated the generous area for putting my suitcase next to the desk.
