Our room was 57 degrees upon check in at 9 pm. The outside temp was 28. Also the kitchen area had two cracked tile. The desk clerk rosemary was very accommodating and gave us the room Next door. Which was 59. She said cleaning service turns it down because they get hot cleaning and forget to turn it back on. It took about 45 mins or so to become bearable.

No complaints about the room, but the hot cocoa bar was out/ very low on supplies. Staff didnt not keep the Breakfast foods stocked up. They kept running out of stuff and didn't seem to want to restock it. This wasn't the best experience I've had at a hotel. I paid a huge bill to stay there on Dec 14, and should have been able to get what was supplies that were offered in my stay.

It was a superb stay , except for guy who checked in with a dog and left poor thing in his room barked all the time he was gone , poor dog had separation anxiety issues, I'm sure he knew that , we travel with our dogs too so I know he could of done better
