Look elsewhere.
Very unfriendly welcoming staff. Cold and un-inviting. Elevators rarely worked or it was a very long wait. Thank goodness we were on the 3rd floor so we always took the stairs. We were assigned the handicap suite. The shower was horrible. It flooded the bathroom constantly because it was wheel chair accessible. (We never requested this type of room). The bed skirts on the beds were disgusting and filthy. No cleaning services or towels for the entire 3 night stay. Would not stay here again. No parking. They advertise a $34 valet parking. But it’s actually $37.

We stayed for a concert at the Paycom Center. Great show. Apon arrival traffic was crazy. Had to wait in the street around the corner to get to the valet parking. Did not receive a text about how to pick up my car. Room was good, just no USB plugs, I have stayed here before and the other room had USB in the lamp. So did not bring my charger from home just grabbed the one out of my car. Couldn't charge my phone. Got to 8% by check out time. When we got back from the concert, there was a 10-minute wait for the elevator, only one on each end working. We were on the 13 floor so stairs were not an option. Stayed here before and will be back. b
