I checked in at 10 PM and was given a room that was filthy. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned at all unless this is considered the hotel’s regular standard. On top of that, the circulating fan was extremely loud, making it impossible for me to sleep. Around midnight, I went to the front desk to request a room change, but I was told that no additional rooms were available.
The next morning, I encountered something even more disgusting—something came out of the bathtub that made the room utterly uninhabitable. I went to the front desk again to request a different room and was given the same response: "No rooms are available." However, when I showed the picture of the issue to the front desk staff, I was suddenly given a new room immediately. I’m not sure how that happened, but it raises serious concerns about the management's honesty.
I spent the first night in that unclean room, unable to sleep, and only received a clean room on the second day. This experience was completely unacceptable.
