A decent stay
Overall a decent stay. Negatives: Room was not fully guest ready. A/C / heater had to be replaced. Light fixtures clearly were not inspected for functioning prior to guest usage. Lots of wear and tear in walls. Shower drains slowly creating a mini pool of water inside. A receptionist is not always available to answer the phone when needed. There was supposedly a service fee over $50.00 that was not disclosed prior to booking. An attempt to contact the hotel the week prior was made but no one answers their phone. Thankfully this app confirmed there wouldn’t be any fees beyond the $448.00 being paid at the property as to avoid any surprises. Employee on property confirmed this fee would also not be returned.
A decent stay overall but definitely does not reflect the price paid for staying here. The lobby clearly had more care given towards it versed the actual rooms.
