The hotel is lovely, with many very nice touches. Fountain and art works around make it a pleasant place to stay. The restaurant inside was a big plus and service in both parts was very good , check in was friendly and efficient .

Disgusting
When I arrived, the room smelled very bad. The chair and table were dirty, the window could not be opened, the remote control did not work and the reception did not answer my calls. When I left, I discovered a bedbug. The pizza in the restaurant is not good. I just had to wait to finally be out of there and fly.

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! I stayed 7 days at ANB-Airport Hotel in June. The day before my check out, I overcharged for TWO Xtra days. I was told the transaction was a mistake and they had reversed it. I waited 2 weeks and no money was returned yet. I called the Hotel and they told me the funds would reflect on my bank account in 30 days. It’s been almost THREE MONTHS now and I still haven’t recovered my monies. All I get is empty promises and numerous excuses, explanations and justifications from Jessica, the “Hotelier”. Apparently she handles the Hotel’s day-to-day operations which include accounting. In addition, I haven’t received one courtesy call from anyone at the hotel! Everything needs to be done over What’s app texts. And most of the times that I request an update, I won’t get an answer back until days later. It’s freaking frustrating going through this crap, not to mentioned the inconvenience. Worst experience by far. I’m Very disappointed !!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
