The hotel Staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel is comfortable and in a nice location. We were very comfortable. My only negative comment is that the music in the lobby is too loud and should be turned off. The music is not necessary and made the lobby area very uncomfortable for me to linger there. Staff should also be sure to explain to guests that they have to use their room key card in the elevator to access their room floor.

Pipes need cleaning.
Check in was easy and room was ready for us. Large room and everything worked. The problem is a constant odor of sewage is present. Apparently it is in several rooms as others are complaining. It is coming from the bathroom drains. We put wet towels over them and it went away.

Spacious suite
One night stay on the 6th floor overlooking the Hudson and manhattan. Nice smell as you enter the room, clean, updated, we had a suite, selected the option for parking and breakfast for $4 more when making the reservation. Big self parking lot, full delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Only 19 min to Stevens University. We will stay there next time.

This was by far the best stay I’ve had! Breakfast for 4$ extra on the app and you get up the 75$ dollar breakfast with 3 people. Parking included on the app is worth it and will save you 10-15$ room was clean and homey. The view to die for!! Not only was everything perfect the ferry right outside to take next door to nyc.. nothing short of perfect saved myself 400$. By staying here

Wii stay this great hotel again in the future
It is my first time to stay at this hotel, but I definitely will stay this hotel again next time and would like to recommend this hotel as well. Very friendly front desk representatives in check in, very clean and quiet room, and great breakfast and parking facility. It is so convenient taking you to Time Square about 15 minutes via Lincoln Harbor Ferry ($10 one way) to W 39 St or via NJ Transit Bus 158 ($3.60) to Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42th St. then Walking a few blocks to Time Square. It’s real a great location.

Best way to do NYC!
great! bathroom smelled and there was a broken light fixture. Otherwise it's the best way to do NYC! Taking the ferry was quick, cheap and easy. Plus it's a fun boat ride. The Whole Foods close by is a very nice amenity. We'd definitey stay here again!
